RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges on merchandise for up to 30 days from the date of receipt. Items must be unworn with original tags. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Custom orders and items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged.
To initiate a return or exchange, please just drop the shirt back in its original packaging, seal it up, and refuse delivery…and that should return it to our printing facility. If you do not have the original shipping bag, you can drop it in a new shipping bag and return it at the lowest cost shipping available to our office address included below.

Exchanges generally take about 2-3 days to process once a return is delivered to our office, and then replacement items will print and ship within the same 2-3 business days as the original order.
**If you do not have the original packaging in order to refuse the delivery, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.**
All returns sent back for a refund will receive the option to use an instant credit at alphabetlab.com. If you choose not to use your instant credit, or to only redeem part of it, you will be refunded the remainder to your original payment method after your return is processed.
You may also ship using a trackable method of your choice (at your expense). Please keep a record of your tracking number and include a copy of your invoice or email order confirmation in your return shipment.
